As part of our 35year Anniversary celebrations, we are recognising Lake Mac Legend runners who have competed in our event 10 or more times. John McLain – running since our original event in 1983, winner of the 40s, 50s & 60 years categories, Cross Country champion and all time running legend at 79 years old.
Danielle Rees – The Pocket Rocket from Blacksmiths, previous winner and coach of the ‘awesome’ Genetics Running Crew
Angela Leadbeatter – Long time winner of our womens 10.5km event and coach of the Leadbeatter Kids Running Squad
